We want you to love your rave gear. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging (we know it is tempting to try them on immediately)
• LED products must include all accessories, chargers, and documentation
• Body paint, face gems, and hygiene items cannot be returned once opened
• Custom/personalized items are final sale

2. Receive a prepaid return label
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days
